ANNAPOLIS (WJZ) — Phase IV of the Road to Recovery for the Maryland courts begins Monday.

It’s part of its five-phased COVID-19 emergency progressive recovery plan.

All of Maryland’s circuit and district courts will resume operations statewide.

Non-jury trials and contested hearings in civil, family and juvenile cases will be heard.

The Judiciary plans to move to the final phase of its reopening plan on October 5, 2020.
