He's a favorite among the staff at the MDSPCA due to his kind nature!

Louie's foster family says he's young at heart and loves to play and go on walks. He even indulges in hobbies, like chewing and burying his favorite dog bones.

Louie can be a little shy, so he needs to be introduced to kids slowly, but he loves dogs of all kinds.
