Baltimore County Animal Services Waives Adoption Fees For All Black, Orange Cats Through Halloween
TOWSON, MD. (WJZ) -- If you're still searching for a perfect furry friend to join your family, you're in luck!
Baltimore County Animal Services is waiving its adoption fees from October 19 to October 31 for all black and orange cats.
They are specifically waiving fees for those cats, but the cats can have any black or orange fur on them at all.
The cats are all spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before coming home with you.
