Police Investigating Fatal Stabbing In East Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police are investigating a fatal stabbing in East Baltimore.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of East Federal Street around 9:24 p.m. for a report of an unresponsive male.
There they found a 40-year-old man with a stab wound to his body.
Medics arrived and pronounced him dead.
