BALTIMORE (WJZ) — All lanes reopened on the outer loop of I-695 hours after a multi-vehicle crash and fire shut down the roadway.

The incident was reported between Hawkins Point Road and the Curtis Creek Drawbridge early Wednesday morning.

A tractor-trailer caught on fire and other vehicles crashed into it.

The passenger made it out through the window. No injuries were reported.

It took hours for the roadway to be cleared.
