ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD. (WJZ) — Firefighters in Anne Arundel County responded to a smell of gas on Ritchie Highway earlier Sunday morning.

Just before 7 a.m., first responders detected a low amount of carbon monoxide and natural gas.

Firefighters said a faulty heater at a car wash was to blame. They vented the area and cleared the scene.

No injuries were reported.
