Flower Mart Kicks Off Virtually Friday Through Sunday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City's oldest free public festival kicks off Friday, and as a sign of the times, the Flower Mart is virtual this year.
But people are just happy to have it back, after last year's was canceled. The Flower Mart has an online marketplace, virtual events and lemon stick kits so you can make the signature treat at home.
Just a little history lesson for you, it started in 1911 as a way to advocate for better living conditions.
Flower Mart runs Friday through Sunday.
