Goucher College Announces New Scholarship, Using $900K Donation
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Goucher College announced the Anne Hoover '67 Scholarship Fund to recruit students from under-represented areas.
The college received a $900,000 donation and will go towards the college's UNDAUNTED capital campaign. They hope to bring in students who can offer distinct perspectives and come from diverse experiences.
Anne Hoover, who the scholarship was named after, was a graduate of Goucher back in 1967 with a bachelor's in history and minored in secondary education.
