BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore Orioles will be able to loosen some covid-19 restrictions during Wednesday’s game.

Players, coaches and staff will no longer have to wear masks while in the dugout or in the weight room, because the team has reached an 85% vaccination rate.

Orioles Manager Brandon Hyde made the announcement during a pre-game news conference Wednesday.

The Orioles fell to the Mets 7-1 Wednesday.
