Crash On I-83 Shuts Down Lanes In Both Directions At Cold Spring
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An accident on Interstate 83 at Cold Spring Lane has shut down lanes in both directions.
There are accidents on both northbound and southbound lanes near Exit 9. The lanes have been temporarily shut down while the incident is investigated.
Police and fire officials are both on the scene.
