16-Year-Old Shot In Arms, Legs In Baltimore Monday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 16-year-old was shot in his arms and legs in broad daylight Monday.
A Baltimore Police lieutenant was on routine patrol when he found the teen in the 1700 block of McCullough Street suffering from gunshot wounds to his arms and legs.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is expected to survive.
