ABERDEEN, Md. (WJZ) — A Nottingham delivery driver was killed Monday in Aberdeen when he fell out of his truck and it rolled over him, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
Ralph Calvert Ashley, 58, was not wearing a seat belt when the incident occurred just before 1:40 p.m. in the southbound lane of the 200 block of Golf Drive, according to a statement from the office.READ MORE: Maryland Weather: Flash Flood Watch Issued For Central Maryland
After he fell, his FedEx truck rolled over him and continued for another 36 feet before stopping in the grass on the side of the road. Ashley was declared dead at the scene.READ MORE: States Learning How Many Afghan Evacuees Coming Their Way, Maryland Among Top Hosts
