BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A crash briefly closed southbound lanes of I-795 Monday afternoon in the Owings Mills area, officials said.
According to the Maryland State Highway Administration, the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. at Exit 4. The southbound right shoulder and right on ramp are closed.
