With football season in full swing, it's important to have a place to go and watch the game. The best way to watch any sporting game is with great drink specials and of course great television. In addition to being walking distance from both the Orioles and Ravens' stadiums, Pickle's Pub offers some great viewing for Sunday football.  The bar opened in 1988 and quickly established a reputation for being a patron's "home away from home."  The bar offers traditional pub fair and $1 beers during game days. If you're coming to watch a game, take advantage of the restaurant's 30 HD televisions. Or take part in their tailgate packages available during the football season. These specials change weekly and are available on the pub's website.

This bar was exclusively created to celebrate all things Ravens. The 2,500 square foot bar is only opened during Ravens home games since the owners opted to not buy a full liquor license. Despite select hours, the massive location has 55 televisions and decorated purple booths. The bar also has standard pub fare, including burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. Drink specials range from $2 Miller Lights to Jager Bombs for $8. Gameday Warehouse is always opened at least three hours before home games, inviting Ravens fans to get ready for an always-memorable "Sunday Funday." As a waterhole of sorts, a patron will get into football spirit, while making friends at this unique bar location.

Luckie's Tavern is one of the many bars located in Baltimore's Power Plant area. With a Las Vegas feel, the bar is decked out for any patron's sport fantasy scenario, with comfortable seating and an endless array of high-definition televisions.  One thing that sets this sports bar apart are the private party options. Luckie's can accommodate parties as small as 12 or as big as 300.  While the drink specials are extensive, be prepared to pay standard prices while watching the game. Make sure to try their wings, which are $10 for a dozen.

I'm not one for chain restaurants, but Greene Turtle is a great place to watch the Ravens. In addition to a dozen flat screen televisions about the bar, each booth also comes equipped with its own personal television. Drink specials also are good and cheap during game days, with $1 beers and eclectic pub fare. Though always packed, I've always found a place to comfortably sit at the Greene Turtle.
