Tony Award-winning phenomenon Brian Stokes Mitchell will perform accompanied by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra SuperPops. 'Tis the Season with Brian Stokes Mitchell will be held at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore Wednesday, Dec. 9, through Sunday, Dec. 13. Showtimes vary by day. Broadway phenomenon Brian Stokes Mitchell will entertain the audience with holiday classics and contemporary favorites. Best known for appearing on Broadway and on TV shows, including Frasier, Glee and more, Brian Stokes Mitchell will undoubtedly bring a tremendous and memorable performance.

Performing for one night only, Mannheim Steamroller comes to Baltimore on Dec. 10. Known as the "jingle-bell filled tour," Mannheim Steamroller will entertain "bringing Yuletide cheer to audiences throughout the US with a unique Neo-Classical take on popular carols and songs." Find a unique new twist on classic holiday jingles, including renditions created as Gregorian chants, medieval compositions and electronic pop. There are many new and exciting musical angles to explore, and Mannheim Steamroller will be taking them all on.

For three days in December, Handel's Messiah will be performed at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. A joint performance by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and the Concert Artists of Baltimore Chorale, the Handel's Messiah will be conducted by Edward Polochick. Handel's Messiah will be performed on Friday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 6, at 3 p.m. Handel's Messiah is a "beloved and revered messiah [that] serves as one of the staples of the cherished choral canon and of the jubilant holiday season."

On Dec. 19, over 200 festively dressed tuba and euphonium players will entertain visitors to Baltimore and holiday shoppers. The 31st Annual Merry Tuba Christmas will take place at the Harborplace Amphitheater on Dec. 19.
