On Oct. 8, the large lots at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium will be packed with locals celebrating the proud tradition of Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest needs no explanation: there will be plenty of German-themed activities, but the most celebrated and anticipated are the beer and brats, and those will be present in abundance.
