Mike O’Shea’s has weekly specials that compliment their Celtic atmosphere and tavern food. Their happy hours are Monday through Friday, 4 to 7 p.m., and include wings, won tons, nachos and chicken or veggie quesadillas. Top it all with around $2 rail drinks. Happy hours never tasted better!
