Brunch will include a menu featuring some of the greasiest hangover cures around in addition to the restaurant’s a la carte brunch menu. Try one of the hand-crafted hair-of-the-dog cocktails and bottomless mimosas. If style and class is what you’re looking for on New Year’s Day, then start your morning with brunch at Wit & Wisdom. Brunch will be offered from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The New Year’s Day brunch buffet will feature favorites like scrambled eggs and homemade frittata, local smoked salmon, artisan cheeses, chilled shellfish and hot entrees. The a la carte menu will be offered during brunch hours as well. Prices are $42 for adults ($55 including bottomless mimosas) and $25 kids (12 and under).

Little Havana in Federal Hill will help you continue to ring in the new year with its Cuban fare and drink specials. Make sure to try the huevos Español (eggs with chorizo, ham, shrimp, sofrito, potatoes and peas) or the huevos fritos a la Cubana (fried eggs over rice and beans with picadillo and sofrito). The menu is the regular brunch menu with all-you-can-drink mimosas and Bloody Marys with a choice of an entree for $17.90. Come in between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to suit your appetite.
