Oregon Ridge Beach

13401 Beaver Dam Road
Cockeysville, MD 21030

The beach at Oregon Ridge is not your typical public pool.  Originally formed from iron ore production in the 1800s, Oregon Ridge’s quarry is now filled with spring water that makes for a cool summer retreat.  You do not have to travel at long lengths to find relief from the dog days of summer.  Oregon Ridge is just minutes out from Cockeysville, Md.  The quarry features both shallow and deep swimming areas and there are plenty of lifeguards to watch over the kids.  Along the beach are picnic tables, grills, a playground and a newly renovated bath house.

Clifton Park Pool
