Spring has finally sprung and the awful month of March has finally left us. Now that April has arrived it's time to celebrate all things spring like warm weather, Easter, and Passover. And there's really no better way to celebrate than with good food and even better drinks.

So in order to do this spring celebration right, we're suggesting you head to Baltimore's newest hot spot, Arômes.

Arômes is the newest addition to the Baltimore restaurant scene and is helmed by Executive Chef Steve Monnier who was born and trained in France, so you know it's going to knock your hypothetical socks off. Seriously, who doesn't enjoy a good interpretation of New American and French Cuisine? That's right, nobody.

More: Get Fried

With inventive twists on rustic classics and bold, enticing flavors, you seriously can't go wrong with anything on the fantastic prix fixe menu. Start out with the Squid Ink bread, sea salt and butter before moving onto the fantastic Roasted Turnips with vanilla oil, pickled pear with elderflower vinegar and lucky plum. After that, dine on the scrumptious Cauliflower risotto, Crispy Chicken and Grilled Hangar Steak before digging into dessert.

So instead of doing the same old thing this season, do something new and head over to Arômes to kick off your spring right.
