BALTIMORE (AP) — A Baltimore fire official says four people, including two toddlers, have escaped an early morning house fire.
Fire department spokesman Chief Kevin Cartwright says firefighters were called to the blaze at a wood-frame home in the 800-block of Beaumont Avenue about 3:40 a.m. Monday by passers-by in a car. No other injuries were reported.
