BOWIE, Md. (AP) — Police in Bowie are searching for two men suspected of stealing money from Girl Scouts who were selling cookies at a Wal-Mart store last month.

Police say a man approached the scouts on Oct. 28 and asked how much the cookies cost. Then the suspect grabbed the scouts’ cash box and fled. A witness chased the man but stopped when another man told her he would catch the thief.
