ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ)– Anne Arundel County Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down those responsible for a strong armed robbery at the Westfield Annapolis Mall.

Investigators say a 54-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man were walking to their car Thursday when they were approached by three men.

One thief reportedly pushed the man, then stole a laptop computer from him. The men then fled in a stolen black BMW with Washington, D.C. plates.

Police say crime isn’t common for the area.

The couple was not injured. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.
