Ravens Sign Curtis Painter To 1-Year Deal
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Baltimore Ravens have signed quarterback Curtis Painter to a one-year contract with the team.
Painter played with the Indianapolis Colts and his 87-yard touchdown pass at Tampa Bay was the fifth-longest in the team's history. In 2011, he appeared in nine contests completing 132 of 243 for 1,541 yards, six touchdowns and nine interceptions.
This will be Painter's fourth season in the NFL. The 26-year-old is 6'4" and weighs 230 lbs. He played college football for the Purdue Boilermakers.
