Md. Maintenance Man Pleads Guilty To Burglaries

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A former maintenance worker in a public housing community has pleaded guilty to using a master key to enter apartments and steal things.

The Capital of Annapolis reports that Maurice Brown, 44, of Annapolis pleaded guilty to burglary last week. He will be sentenced on Aug. 21.

Police say a resident of the Harbour House community reported that cash and jewelry were disappearing over a period of weeks. Officers found that Brown had pawned several items, which the resident identified as hers.
