BALTIMORE (AP) — Public Works officials say replacement of water mains near the Inner Harbor, one of which broke last month, disrupting traffic for weeks, is complete.

The 20-inch main broke July 16 on Light Street. Officials decided to replace the entire multi-block main. A parallel 10-inch main was also replaced, as well as a 12-inch main. Baltimore public works officials noted that the infrastructure was more than 100 years old.
