Decatur Police Lt. John Crouch Talks Rolando McClain Arrest

Lt. John Crouch of the Decatur police department in Alabama joined the Norris & Davis show to talk about the arrest of new Ravens linebacker Rolando McClain. Sunday evening McClain was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to police.

Steve started off by asking what exactly happened. Lt. Crouch told them that yesterday evening a fight broke out and when the cops came to break it up an individual was heard yelling expletive the police to seemingly get the crowd more rowdy. When the officers found the individual who was yelling the phrase that person resisted arrest. The police upon making the arrest were able to identify him as Rolando McClain.

Ed asked if McClain is a person who seems to come to the Police Department's attention often. Lt. Crouch said yes and that McClain is currently out on bond for either one or two more arrests.

Steve ended the interview by asking about the time of day the incident happened. Lt. Crouch told the guys that it happened in the evening shift which is sometime after 6:30 p.m., but he didn't know an official time. He said the group was gathered to play basketball before the fight broke out.
