Mark started off the conversation talking about the signings of Dallas Clark and Brandon Stokley. Zinno doesn’t think that they will be everything that everyone expects them to be. He asked Garrett his opinion. “I don’t think that by any means its a signing where either of the guys come in and you say ‘well great, any concerns we had about the wide receiver position are gone'”. He went on to say, “I do think they could be productive players though. I’m not diminishing what they could do this season.”

Zinno then asked Garrett if he believes that we will continue to see Bernard Pierce take carries away from Ray Rice. “My feeling is that you do have to get the ball in Bernard Pierce’s hands more…I still think Ray Rice is going to be the guy that gets the most touches on the team because he’s going to be doing a lot of different things.” He then talked about the talks of Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce being on the field at the same time. “That excites me because you can put Ray Rice in the slot…even potentially put them both in the backfield.”
