Man, Ex-Wife Plead Guilty To Child Porn Charges

BALTIMORE (AP) -- A man and his ex-wife have pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.

David Ralph Fisher, 43, of Baltimore pleaded guilty to producing child pornography and enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity. Lori Fisher, 46, of St. Cloud, Fla., pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography.

Both entered their pleas Friday in federal court in Baltimore.

According to their plea agreements, Lori Fisher took sexually explicit photographs of two minor females with her cell phone and sent them to David Fisher by text message.

Prosecutors say Baltimore police learned that child pornography had been seen on David Fisher's computer. Authorities say a search turned up images of child pornography.

Prosecutors say David Fisher tried to arrange a meeting with an undercover detective who was posing online as a 14-year-old girl.
