Rick says he is confident that the Os have the arms and the power bats to make noise. Rick goes on to say that the defense that was the best in the history of the MLB last year are all back and the time is now for the Os to win. Like most experts, he says the pitching will have to step up but the pieces are there.

Rick adds that it's a really good thing that the Os have so much depth including Johnathan Schoop at second base which allows the team to stay strong just in case someone needs a day off or two. He is also just as confident that the Os have enough pitching depth where a 6th starter can get some innings in for the Os if that needs to happen. Its a "Good problem" for Buck to have because he has so many options.
