COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ) — The store where the Mall in Columbia shooter opened fire and killed two employees will soon reopen.

Zumiez skate shop has been boarded up since Darion Aguilar’s rampage back in Janury.

It’s still not clear why Aguilar shot and killed Brianna Benlolo and Tyler Johnson and then shot himself.

According to WJZ’s media partner, The Baltimore Sun, Zumiez consulted the victim’s families before they decided to re-model and reopen the store.
