Man Gets 20 Years For Producing Child Porn
GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- A Silver Spring man has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison for conspiring to produce child pornography.
David Pizer, 46, was also ordered to register as a sex offender at sentencing Wednesday in federal court in Greenbelt.
According to his plea agreement, Pizer and a conspirator, through email and online chats, encouraged a 9-year-old girl to engage in sex acts while Pizer watched on a web cam.
