Lanes Reopen After Crash On Key Bridge
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Inner Loop of I-695 at the Francis Scott Key Bridge is now open again.
An earlier accident involving three vehicles was blocking both lanes. There are still back-ups in the area.
