Carroll County Detectives Investigating Inmate Death
WESTMINSTER, Md. (WJZ) -- Carroll County sheriff's deputies are investigating an inmate death.
According to officials, Ronnie Mosko was found unresponsive in his holding cell at the Carroll County Detention Center on Friday.
He was in critical condition at Carroll Hospital Center before passing away early Sunday morning.
Officials believe Mosko may have committed suicide.
An autopsy is pending.
