FBI Searching For Serial Robber
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore's FBI violent Crime Task Force is hoping the public can help them identify a man wanted in the armed robberies of several Baltimore area grocery and convenience stores.
According to the FBI, the alleged robber is responsible for 19 robberies starting in early May through Oct. 7. He was also recognized at several businesses and left those without incident.
The man pictured above is described by witnesses as 5'7 and 150 pounds. In all the robberies, the man allegedly heads straight for the register, pulls out a gun and demands money.
No one has been hurt in any of the robberies but a number of businesses have been robbed in Randallstown, Nottingham, Pikesville, Windsor Mill, Halethorpe, Hanover, Sykesville, Owings Mill, Reisterstown, Nottingham and Lochearn. A full list of locations is below.
There's also been suspicious activity at three locations -- two in Halethorpe, and one in Reisterstown.
If you know anything about the robberies or if you can identify the alleged robber, you are asked to call the Baltimore FBI at 410-265-8080.
A reward of $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in this case.
