The coastal storm that brought us rain and icy spots in some of the more sheltered neighborhoods is not going to simply ‘disappear’ today. In fact, we will be influenced by this system for the next couple of days with gusty winds, cloud cover & a few passing showers. The bulk of the impacts from this coastal system will be felt in New England and the interior Northeast.
Overall, today will be a much better day weather-wise relative to yesterday. We are in the 40s this morning and anticipate a high in the mid 40s by the afternoon. One piece of advice, dress for the 30s because it is going to feel much colder with the winds gusting to around 30mph at times today. A passing shower or a few flurries will be possible through the afternoon, better chances for precipitation will be in northern portions of the region.
