WHEATON, Md. (AP) — Police say a woman lured her ex-boyfriend to a location to have sex and then two teenagers jumped out of a Porta Potty and attacked the man. The woman and the teens, who had been having sex together, are all charged with attempted murder.
WJLA-TV reports that 32-year-old Glenda Rodriguez and 18-year-old Luis Figueroa have been charged with attempted first-degree murder and assault for allegedly beating 32-year-old Andres Hernandez with a tire iron in Montgomery County in early December. Hernandez was taken to the hospital with four deep lacerations, but is expected to make a full recovery.
