Aaron started off by talking about Kubiak leaving and taking coaches with him even though the Ravens don’t have to let them go saying “when a guy wants to leave and his heart is somewhere else you don’t make him stay.”

As for who the Ravens could talk to for the new offensive coordinator job Aaron mentioned Adam Gase and Greg Knapp though both those guys have ties elsewhere in the NFL.

For whether or not it will be a similar system to Kubiak Aaron said “they’d like to avoid a system change but there is no way to avoid a change in verbiage.”
