Brent started off by talking about Gary Kubiak leaving for Denver saying "it's huge and it could have been a smooth transition with Dennison staying and the Ravens were hopeful but Rick has been with Gary all along and they're good friends, very close." Brent also talked about how Gary will fare in Denver and some possible replacements to take the offensive coordinator job.
