Mary Kay Cabot is the Cleveland Browns beat writer for the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Mary Kay joined Ed and Steve to talk about the saga of Johnny Manziel and his partying and subsequent entrance to a treatment facility.

Mary Kay started off by talking about Johnny Manziel entering a treatment facility and what led to this saying “we have seen this pattern of Johnny going off the rails since the day he was drafted…this behavior started way back in high school and there have been concerns about it all the back since then.” As for whether or not the Browns front office is feeling any backlash for taking Manziel Mary Kay said “people are coming down really hard on the Browns for this but in the months leading up to the draft it seemed like Manziel had changed…he was working out 9 hours a day and spending time watching film so it seemed like he was ready to be a professional.”
