The big news for the Orioles is the most recent DFA of Delmon Young and Dave Ginsburg, who covers the MLB for the Associated Press, joined the show to talk about it. When asked about the move, Dave believes the O’s were just a little higher on Nolan Reimold and that it was definitely a tough decision for the O’s to make.

Rob has been talking all week about the ball just flying out of the park as of late, but Ginsburg thinks it is something about when Texas comes into town. Wei-Yin Chen had a solid game last night and Ginsburg notes he has started to put together some impressive starts. He also adds that Chen won’t get sent back to the minors this year. When asked about making room for Jonathan Schoop, Ginsburg thinks they could keep shuffling the pitching staff, or send someone down. He also mentions that Steve Pearce could be the victim if they don’t continue to shuffle the bullpen.
