Bail Reduced For Woman Accused Of Dumping Water On Mayor
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Reduced bail for the woman accused of dumping water on Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
It happened while Mayor Rawlings-Blake was greeting residents Saturday at the Mondawmin Festival.
Lacheisa Pailin-Sheffer, 37, was charged with second-degree assault after police say she ran up to the mayor and poured a large cup of what appeared to be water on her face and head.
Her bail was reduced Monday from $50,000 to $2,500.
