Towson Pulls Out Of Swim Meet Amid Cell Phone Investigation
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- The Towson University swimming and diving team pulls out of an upcoming swim meet.
This, as an investigation continues into a smartphone found last month recording athletes in the women's locker room.
The team was scheduled to compete at Pittsburgh University this weekend.
The assistant coach has also been promoted to interim coach and the university hired a temporary diving coach.
So far, the status of the team's other coaches is unclear.
