Orioles Outfielder Joey Rickard Joined The Hot Stove Show
Orioles outfielder Joey Rickard joined the Hot Stove Show to talk about being a Rule 5 draft pick in a major league camp.
Jim Hunter started the interview by asking Rickard if he is beginning to focus on a possible role with the team. "It's hard not to think about those things," said Rickard. He continued, "Just take it one day at time and focus on what you can control." Hunter then asked the Rule 5 pick if he's had stretches like now, where he's seeing the ball well. "I'm not sure of the exact numbers but I'm sure its happened before. It makes it easier when you're in there everyday and can get a rhythm," said Rickard.
