Nike "Back to the Future" Self-Lacing Shoes Coming Soon

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Nike has confirmed the HyperAdapt 1.0 sneakers inspired by the movie "Back to the Future" will hit stores Monday, November 28.

The shoes will be available in select Nike stores in the US, according to Nike PR Director Heidi Burgett.

As you put your foot in the shoe it will light up. A pressure sensor in the sole will tighten an arrangement of fishing line inside. You can adjust the fit with two buttons on the front. The laces are just for decoration.

What's the catch? You will have to charge up your "Back to the Future" shoes almost every two weeks.
