Mike Preston is a columnist for the Baltimore Sun who covers the Ravens at home and on the road.

Mike joined Ed, Rob, and Bruce to give out his grades for the Ravens 19-17 win over the Jaguars in Jacksonville.

Mike started by grading the offense giving quarterback Joe Flacco a grade of C- saying “If the Jaguars were any good, Flacco’s turnovers would have finished the Ravens in the fourth quarter.” Mike went on to give the running backs a grade of D and the offensive line also received a D tying for the lowest graded positions on the team.

As for the defense Mike gave the defensive line and the linebackers a grade of A- his highest grade given saying “the Ravens may have more depth at these positions then any other on the team.” The Secondary picked up a grade of B- with Mike saying “this group has played better than last year but the Ravens have yet to face a quality quarterback.”

Mike finished up by giving the special teams a grade of C- and the coaching staff received a grade of C+.
