Manager for the Baltimore Orioles Buck Showalter joined Ken and Rob to discuss the team’s current “slump” and what’s to come in the future for the pitching staff.

There’s no denying the Orioles are in a “slump” after dropping eight of the last eleven games dating back to May 12, but manager Buck Showalter doesn’t like that phrase. Showalter said, “We don’t use those words. I know we’re at about the quarter mile mark, and we’ve got 25 wins and 25 x 4 will probably get you in the playoffs. It ain’t perfect and there are ebbs and flows to the season.”

He continued to say, “This too shall pass.”
