15-Year-Old Arrested For String Of Armed Robberies In Fed Hill

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 15-year-old has been arrested for a string of armed robberies in Federal Hill.

The teen is being charged as a juvenile in four cases, and police say he was arrested Friday while leaving school. His name will not be released, as he is being charged as a juvenile.

Police say he is responsible for at least four armed robberies in Federal Hill from May 20 to May 25.

The robberies happened in the unit block of E. Ostend St., 100 block of E. Ostend St., the 1500 block of Bolten St., and the 1500 block of Battery Ave.

When police took the suspect into custody, they report finding items stolen during those four robberies.

Detectives believe he is working with others and is responsible for several other robberies. They are working to make additional arrests.
