BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Four-time cancer survivor Mo Gaba made NFL history on Saturday.
Mo became the first person to ever announce an NFL draft pick off of a braille card.
He announced the Ravens’ fourth-round pick Ben Powers, an offensive lineman out of the University of Oklahoma.
Mo announced the pick at Ravens Fest in the Inner Harbor. The event featured music, games and Ravens players. Mo also got to meet Poe, the Ravens mascot, at the event.
Mo is blind after several battles with cancer but also manages to maintain his positive attitude.
