Pickup Truck Blocking Two Left SB I-95 Caused Delays Sunday
TOWSON (WJZ) — Traffic at a standstill on southbound I-95 by a pickup truck that spun to the side of the road near the I-695 Towson exit Sunday night.
The truck blocked the two left lanes and part of the third.
Heavy downpours in the area made visibility low. The crash happened around the same time severe weather moved through the region.
